Order times can vary due to several factors. As a general guideline, standard pre-orders may take up to 18 weeks to arrive. Rush services are often available, but we advise contacting your nearest stockist for detailed delivery timeframes.

As all of our retailers individually select which styles they want to carry it may not always be possible to try on your dream dress- or even see it in person before ordering. We recommend contacting your nearest boutique to check if your favourite styles are available in store.

We do not offer customisation services, however you can check with your local stockist or boutique to help you with finding a seamstress to help you with alterations. However, we are more than happy to supply you with more material for alterations to your bridal wear.
